We hereby inform that on May 30, 2025, the Supervisory Board of BXF Energia Sp. z o.o. adopted a resolution regarding changes in the composition of the Company’s Management Board. Following the resignation of Mr. Piotr Świecki from his functions, Mr. Adam Skwarski has been appointed as the President of the Management Board of BXF Energia Sp. z o.o.
At the same time, the Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company supplemented the composition of the Supervisory Board by appointing Mr. Marcin Węgłowski as a representative of Budimex S.A.
Mr. Adam Skwarski has been associated with the Budimex Group for over 13 years. Over the past 10 years, he has been responsible for strategic analysis and merger and acquisition (M&A) projects. For the last four years, he has overseen the implementation of investment projects within the Budimex Group, particularly in the renewable energy sector and data center development. Since the establishment of BXF Energia Sp. z o.o., he has served as a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Adam Skwarski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) program.
