    The personal data administrator is BXF Energia S.A. (hereinafter: Administrator), with headquarters at Siedmiogrodzka 9, 01-204 Warsaw, contact: biuro @ bxfenergia.pl

    The personal data will be processed by the administrator in the purpose of realization his legitimate deal, which is having correspondence according:

    • (a) Invoices and payments;
    • (b) Offers;
    • (c) Jobs;
    • (d) Internships and apprenticeships;
    • (e) Advertisement and promotion;
    • (f) ‎another extent defined in the content of the query to the Administrator
    • Legal basis: ‎Article 6 Section 1(f) of GDPR.

    The recipients of personal data may be IT solution providers, entities from the Budimex / Ferrovial group, and other entities if their participation is necessary to achieve the above purposes and entities authorized to receive data based on legal provisions.

    Personal data may be transferred to entities through which the Administrator fulfills the specified purposes, including entities maintaining IT infrastructure. In justified cases, personal data may be processed remotely outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If such a transfer were to take place – which may occur, among other reasons, in connection with the potential use by the Administrator of cloud-based IT solutions or services provided by a support center located outside the EEA – the Administrator will ensure a mechanism that, in accordance with European Union law, legalizes the transfer and provides appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data. A copy of the description of the technical security measures used to secure data transferred outside the EEA can be obtained by sending a request to: gdpr@budimex.pl.

    Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the above purposes or until an effective objection has been lodged.‎

    Every person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and to transfer their data.

    By virtue of processing personal data based on a legitimate interest, they have the right to object to the processing.

    If irregularities related to the processing of personal data are identified, a complaint can be lodged to the supervisory body (a public authority established to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data – in Poland, this is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).‎

    Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent you from receiving the answer to your question.

    Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling in the process of responding to queries.‎
