Before joining Budimex, Adam got an experience in audit firm and within finance department in ‎FMCG company. As a Head of Investments & Development and Head of Strategic Analyses ‎Department at Budimex, he is responsible for development of company’s activity on PPP market ‎through acquisition of new projects and giving support to projects at execution stage. He is also ‎experienced in construction market analyses, corporate finance and M&A transactions. ‎

He has been involved in the electroenergetic industry for many years. A graduate of high voltage engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology, he completed the management program at the ICAN Institute. He began his career at Budimex Inc. in 2004, where he supervised the electrical branches in the company’s largest contracts. His portfolio includes contracts from both the public sector, such as PSE (Polish Electricity Networks) and PAŻP (Polish Air Navigation Services Agency), and the private sector, where he oversaw the preparation and implementation of complex industrial projects, factories, Data Center, and acted as the proxy of the board for concessions from MSWIA (Ministry of the Interior and Administration). Since 2021, he has been involved in the renewable energy sector and, since 2023, has been a member of the Board of the Budimex Group, responsible for the development and implementation of projects for photovoltaic and wind farms.

He has accumulated over 30 years of experience primarily in the energy sector, participating in both local and international projects and assuming various roles: real-time control systems specialist (SCADA), CIO in a telecommunications company, production director of cogeneration plants—energy trading on the Spanish electric energy market, CEO of two engineering companies, including four years in Poland, and a senior consultant specializing in corporate strategy and M&A operations. Currently, he works at Ferrovial Construction Inc. in the renewable energy sector and also serves as an Associate Professor at Loyola University, specializing in applied mathematics (Faculty of Engineering).
