Sustainable development
ESG strategy
As an organization, we are aware of the scale of action that we must take in the area of climate protection and natural resources. At the same time, we take great care in developing human capital and supporting local communities. We strive for constant growth, and our strategy of sustainable development encompasses three main areas: environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance, which constitutes a holistic approach to our operations.
We are combating climate change
We connect this with taking a series of actions aimed at achieving climate neutrality. On one hand, this entails the imperative of investing in renewable resources to ensure access to clean energy. On the other hand, we are committed to reducing CO2 emissions from our investments, starting from the planning stage through to their execution. To achieve this, we intend to optimize our project processes by incorporating analyses of the potential for emission reduction in each construction project. Additionally, we aim to progressively increase the use of low-emission modes of transportation and heavy machinery in our construction processes.
We are closing the resource loop
We are closing the resource loop by starting with an analysis of the potential for implementing a circular model throughout the entire value chain. This will enable us to develop and implement a Circularity Policy in the subsequent phase. As a result, action standards will apply both internally within the Group and in cooperation with business partners. We aim to utilize resources from certified sources and those with a lower carbon footprint. Additionally, we plan to progressively increase the percentage of waste that is recycled and the use of recycled resources.
We are protecting resources
At the same time, we aim to increase our involvement in the conservation of natural resources. To do this in a conscious and responsible manner, it is imperative to conduct analyses of the impact on the use of water resources and biodiversity. We strive to develop comprehensive plans to reduce our footprint in both of these areas. Despite being an ambitious task, we are fully committed to undertaking it.
