About us
BFX Energia is a collaborative project resulting from the partnership between Budimex and Ferrovial. Budimex holds the majority stake in the company (51 percent). As a new company within the Budimex Group, BFRX Energy is dedicated to the development of Renewable Energy Sources (OZE), thus diversifying the Group’s portfolio of operations.

The company’s primary objective is the development and operation of photovoltaic and wind farms, producing green energy for external clients as well as for the Budimex Group. We actively support sustainable growth and strive to enhance the quality of environmental protection. With Budimex holding the majority stake, BXF Energia stands as a symbol of decisive action. We not only bolster the sustainable growth of the Budimex Group but also contribute to the production of green energy.

What do we do?
BXF Energia focuses on acquiring, developing and operating wind and solar power stations. The company’s objectives entail large-scale operations, with a portfolio of projects with a total power output of 500 MW within five years. This portoflio will enable Budimex to fully leverage its potential domestically, while also capitalizing on international opportunities and leveraging the Ferrovial Group’s experience in investing in renewable energy sources.
We are invested in projects in different stages of development, with a total power output of 420 MW solar and 410 MW wind.
